Extend list of projects to nudge for type labels

This is the part 2/3 of the rollout plan.

What does this MR do?

We add projects that have more than 20 MRs with undefined work type labels.

Trivia: The list of projects is very close to the top 20 offenders.

Expected impact & dry-runs

No major impact expected, as we have just rolled out !1374 (merged) which had a bigger impact.
