Resolve "Adapt Anti-abuse stage change"

Once gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com!104107 (merged) is merged, we can trigger a new pipeline which will use the new data and should pass the pipeline.

This does the following things:

• Make it easier to swap the source site
• Update reports and group definition from groupactivation to groupanti-abuse
• Use underscore for Ruby methods (dash can result syntax error for Ruby)
• Use dash for everything else so it's consistent with the label names groupanti-abuse and devopsanti-abuse
• Add extra test cases around groupanti-abuse and devopsanti-abuse so we can be sure we don't break cases where dashes are used like it was
