Remove GitLab QA Bot issues from untriaged issue report

What does this MR do and why?

Describe in detail what your merge request does and why.

This removes any @gitlab-qa created issues from the Untriaged Issue report. Usually the reports is 50-80% test case failure reports so we are missing issues that are most impactful for this chore.

See triage-reports#7167 (closed) as a recent example.
