Adding myself to my teams' triage issues

What does this MR do and why?

This MR adds me to my teams' triage issues so that I can keep better track of any priority work as well as assist my team where necessary.

Expected impact & dry-runs

Expected impact is only myself being added as an assignee to triage issues created for ~"group::configure", ~"group::package", and ~"group::release". Totally open to another way of doing this. For example, I had thought we could add Continuous Delivery to these issues that I can track instead.
