Generate/Retrieve the group definitions from www-gitlab-com
At #470 (comment 337893066) we can see that our current group definition is so outdated, and it's going to be outdated again in the future even if we fix them again.
We should generate or retrieve the data from stages.yml instead. The name handles can be found at _categories-names.erb and we might be using regular expression to parse the handles! Or we may try to look at team.yml as well. It cannot be 100% matched due to (Interim) or alike added in between the name though.
