What does this MR do and why?

graphql_complexity_raw GRAPHQL_COMPLEXITY_RAW attributes float

GitLab's GraphQL query logger floors its complexity score to an integer before logging, which loses precision whenever a partial-cost field (e.g. graphql-ruby's __typename, at 0.2) is selected. This field registers a canonical name for the raw, unrounded score, so gitlab-rails and any future GraphQL service can log it consistently.

See the discussion in gitlab-org/gitlab!254708 (merged), which will emit this field next to the existing rounded complexity.

Golden files were regenerated with go run ./cmd/generate; validate and go test ./... pass.
