Should @gl-quality be code owners for the /qa folder?

In working out some initial guidelines for Quality folks to become maintainers of specific projects, Mek and I discussed in our 1:1 last week that we should develop our own process around ownership of code in the /qa folder. https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/tree/master/qa

Could/should we set code owners for this directory so that someone in Quality is pinged for review whenever changes are made?
