Update Sidekiq setting in Reference Architecture documentation
Reflect in the documentation that Sidekiq needs Object Storage to be configured. During the work that was being done on switching to Consolidated object storage in Reference Architecture, it was surfaced that Object Storage configuration is not mentioned in the documentation.
Sidekiq we treat the same as rails as it does a lot of the same things but in the background. An example of this is imports where sidekiq will be the one uploading the tarball file to object storage and then processing it.
