Explore switching Reference Architectures to Consolidated object storage configuration

Consolidated object storage configuration has been introduced with 13.2 and makes the config easier for Object Storage. Of note this will be somewhat interesting to test as it should just keep working as is for existing environments.

We should explore switching the reference architectures over to using it.
