What does this MR do?

Updates .gitlab-qa-report with update-screenshot-path to fix errors uploading screenshots to failure issues.

We already do this in gitlab-qa-mirror jobs with https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-qa/-/blob/master/.gitlab/ci/jobs/base.gitlab-ci.yml#L114.

Ex: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-qa-mirror/-/jobs/3273842574#L2365 and corresponding failure issues created include screenshots: gitlab-org/gitlab#381530 (closed)

Example of error in other pipelines: https://ops.gitlab.net/gitlab-org/quality/staging-canary/-/jobs/8460694#L667 and no screenshot can be added to the failure issue: gitlab-org/gitlab#382258 (closed)
