Mention in the troubleshooting section that git_push is an unsafe test

We have a customer (internal) that tried to use GPT, but can't make the git_push test to run.

It also took me a while to figure out that this is an unsafe test, and we should use the --unsafe flag to run the test.

Not really sure where to place the information, but I added it in the troubleshooting section for now.
