Improve table layout on Test Details wiki page

New format example: https://gitlab.com/niskhakova/demo-project/-/wikis/GPT-Tests-Info-new-format - endpoint and test were combined to make data more compact and so we don't need to scroll horizontally

Addition: small update to web test issue links - issues for MR discussions and changes should be switched.
