Remove headers workaround and print time
Removing workaround for headers now that the GitLab bug is fixed and reached nightly packages.
Additionally adding time output and sleep time for homepage health check to fix https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/quality/performance-sitespeed/-/jobs/5055955911
