TBT results in web_project_file_source and web_project_files were improved significantly in gitlab-org/gitlab#343649 (comment 1163510799) and gitlab-org/gitlab#331449 (comment 1163513534) accordingly. The MR updates their thresholds and adds new performance issues for these endpoints.
