Context

By just reading the current documentation, I was not immediately able to work inside the GCP sandbox environment with Terraform.

What does this MR do?

  • Adds instructions on how to use Terraform on our personal GCP sandbox environments
  • Adds a section on terraformer, to make Terraform a bit easier for everyone ✨
