This is WIP

The ddev provider checks for the environment variable "GITLAB_COM_PAT" and tells the user what to do if missing. It's default configuration points to the distribution project id, so we could provide dummy db and files.

• Extend Readme on how to configure the GitLab Project correctly
• Extend Readme on how to use the provider and setup the personal access token
• Improve CI Job to support different databases (or even the typo3console database:export?)
