[BUGFIX] Highlight active page in the navigation

Oliver requested to merge oli_brr/typo3-distribution:issue-32 into main

This adjust styling to highlight the current active page in the navigation. The same highlighting is applied for the hover state of a page.

Additionally, the general styling of links in the content area is adjusted to prevent browser default styling.
