[BUGFIX] Detect the server-type option depending on the DDEV_WEBSERVER_TYPE variable

Jochen requested to merge ochorocho/typo3-distribution:bugfix/setup-command-missing-env into main

ddev typo3-init now detects the webserver in use (DDEV_WEBSERVER_TYPE) and passes it as server-type to the setup command.

Also, removes obsolete values in config.yaml
