Better log messaging

Overview

It's hard to troubleshoot which user failed due to multi-processing. Improving error log. Setting a default value for title as this is sometimes not set in bitbucket.

Tasks

• Update docs if needed (workflow, runbooks, README, migration metrics, etc.)

Acceptance Criteria

• Existing UTs pass locally
