Overview

We're in the middle of a migration where the source projects use Maven packages with a pom.xml + an ISO file, which might not be really standard, but might cover some use cases. In order to migrate those Maven packages we need to relax the Maven package requirement a bit. WDYT of this config option approach?

I'll patch this on our congregate instance and perform a test migration as well
