Show why Usage Ping should be kept enabled
Currently around 30% of instances send back usage data through usage ping.
One of the proposed OKRs for the CS team was:
"Increase stage usage by at least one stage for 10 of top 50 accounts with only 1-2 stages in use as measured by SMAU >10% per stage."
As mentioned in this comment
it's unmeasurable and unattainable in its current state. 14% of our top 50 (and 100) customers have Usage Ping turned on (that's 7 for the top 50). What we should be focused on is increasing the amount of customers with Usage Ping enabled.
Work with TAMs to help them get more of their customers to turn on usage ping.
