Add a section to the weekly digest emphasizing benefits

It was raised to me in some 1-1s that opportunities to travel, learn and improve the home office are sometimes missed by team-members due to just being lost in the flow of information.

Since these benefits are provided for the personal growth of the team-member, we want to highlight these so that team-members know they're there and can avail of them.

This change adds a section specifically for existing and new benefits to the weekly digest.
