feat(cli): show graph-status as a terminal summary

What does this MR do and why?

In a terminal, glab orbit graph-status now shows cards like the setup wizard. It used to print raw JSON. Pipes and agents still get JSON. With no scope flag, it uses the clone's origin project. The llm format prints plain TOON. For a wrong path, the old error blamed the feature flag. The new error says the namespace is missing.

Relates to gitlab-org/gitlab!261196 (merged). Neither MR depends on the other.

Testing

Unit and CLI tests cover the new output. Recorded against production (cast file):

graph-status

Performance Analysis

  • This merge request does not introduce any performance regression. If a performance regression is expected, explain why.
Agent context: long-form analysis, file-by-file walkthroughs, profiler output, alternatives considered
  1. Start with crates/orbit-cli/src/remote/graph_status.rs. It picks cards, TOON, or JSON, and finds the default scope.
  2. Then check crates/orbit-cli/src/remote/error.rs for the 404 message.

The always-null last_* fields are out of scope.
