Draft: feat(code-graph): utils for generic code indexing
What does this MR do and why?
Tracks the tree-dsl canonical experiment for the code-graph indexer. Spike: gitlab-org/orbit/experiments/orbit-next!219 (closed)
Summary
Code indexing pipeline but with canonical synthetic nodes. Every language produces the same output shapes through YAML-defined rewrite rules. SSA and resolver use synthetics directly — no coloring rules, no extraction DSL, no per-language configs.
- 42/44 Python tests pass (parity with old pipeline)
- -3,387 lines net, 5,528 lines total
- 24 synthetic node kinds form the universal vocabulary
- Verified across Python, TypeScript, Rust, Go, Ruby, Elixir, Lua, Haskell
