docs(install): add platform install steps

Documents how to install the Orbit local CLI on macOS, Linux, and Windows, and adds a glab option for users already on the GitLab CLI.

The Install section uses tabs so each platform path stays clean and self-contained:

  • macOS and Linux — curl ... | bash
  • Windows — irm ... | iex
  • GitLab CLI (glab) — glab orbit local --install, with a link to the glab orbit local reference

Replaces the outdated "until packaged binaries ship, you must build from source" note on the Get started with Orbit Local page.
