docs: refactor follow-up - remove extra disclaimers and fix CLI references

What does this MR do and why?

First follow-up MR to docs: rewrite the Orbit / GitLab Knowledge Grap... (!1235 - merged), it:

  • Removes the disclaimer for all pages except the glab ones.
    • I based this on the edits @mcorren made in this commit (to note that they are planned features in the description). It sounds like all other features are available for use now, so we don't need the disclaimer on those pages/sections.
  • Updates references to CLIs to use code font or proper name
