This MR bumps CH we run our unittests to 24.3.1.2672 version - the LTS release closest to the one we are currently running in production (24.1) and does not have aggregation bug that blocks !2522 (merged)

I have fixed bugs that were making e2e fail plus manually verified that all MV queries are running on a devvm running bumped CH DB. Unfortunately changes are not backwards-compatible, this MR fails on CH 24.1. Also, I do not have 100% confidence that all queries are fixed, as our e2e and unittests against live CH do not have 100% coverage.

I believe though that we need to bite the bullet as sooner or later we will have to upgrade. I expect there are going to be more MRs like this one in the future.

Once this MR lands, I will bump the CH DB version that by default is used during e2e tests on devvm.
