Remove gl-error-ds issue link

Seems like sentry datasource plugin is relaying on some functionality in Grafana that was added to v8.4.0. Even for the upstream Sentry datasource using Sentry as a backend running on upstream Grafana the link is not rendered correctly for Grafana versions lower than v8.4.0.

This MR removes the link altogether. Once we have something we can point the link to, and PM decides that it is justified to spend time on re-implementing this functionality, we can re-add this.
