docs(specs): extend S32's data-error cause list to six

What

Extends S32's data-error cause list from three to six. It adds five acceptance criteria for these causes:

Cause Where its Go half stands
Remote binding row absent merged with S31 Step 11
Stored url will not parse declared by S32 Step 10a
Stored auth_status outside the taxonomy declared by S32 Step 10a

The prior list did not name the missing remote-binding cause, although its reason and audit reason are already on main.

What changed

The spec prescribes its own amendment shape. This change updates:

  • the cause list and the sentence that defines how to add a cause;
  • the Dependencies and design passages that name the four load-time checks the extended cause list covers;
  • the Dependencies clause that books the shared data-error log collapse under Step 10a;
  • five acceptance criteria, including one for each added cause;
  • the log-cardinality corrections in Container virtual resolution, Allow/deny rules, and the AllUpstreamsIneligible row;
  • the precedence criterion;
  • the soft-delete ordering sentence;
  • the Wide events passage that names the slice list load as the producer of skipped_soft_deleted entries;
  • the AllUpstreamsIneligible row of Error Cases;
  • the data-error bullet of Resolutions.

Scope

This change carries the cause-list half only. The Error Cases row and the resolution_outcome value travel in the separate spec amendment !2838 (merged), which gates Step 11.

Why now

The S32 plan makes this a merge-order gate: "the S32 spec amendment extending the data-error cause list from three to six must merge before this step's MR opens." Step 10a is pushed and waits on it.
