Configure prometheus alertmanagers from attributes

What does this MR do?

This MR configures prometheus alerting.alertmanagers section with content of node['gitlab']['alertmanagers'] attribute. Without this section configured, prometheus is unable to send alerts to the managed alertmanager instance (see #3863 (closed)).
