Reconfigure LDAP id issue
Summary
Reconfigure fails since it can't find a user id, unless id USERNAME
is run on the host first.
Steps to reproduce
System using LDAP connection to AD for user ids, run gitlab-ctl reconfigure
fails. Run id gitlab-foo
then reconfigure suceeds
