Raspberry Pi 2 (Raspbian) installer script sets up a deprecated repo
The official installer script from https://about.gitlab.com/downloads/#raspberrypi2 configures the deprecated (or broken?) raspbian/jessie repository for apt. The last Gitlab version in this repo is 8.7.9.
It should be fixed to configure the working debian/jessie repository (or fix the raspbian/jessie repo?).
After I changed this in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/gitlab_raspberry-pi2.list the latest GitLab version was successfully installed and is working fine.
I have tested this on a Raspberry Pi 3 with the latest image/packages:
