Add hint for smtp-passwords containing string-delimiters

Using a smtp- (or imap-) password containing the string-delimiter ' results in a failure of the reconfigure/restart task, since at least the single apostrophe isn't escaped properly and leads to malformed gitlab.yml after reconfiguration.
