With Apache as proxy, "localhost" need to be allowed on allowed_hosts

What does this MR do?

Update the doc in order to add "localhost" in addition to "127.0.0.1" to the allowed hosts when using a proxy as Apache.

Related issues

This prevent 502 HTTP code error when trying to change your avatar in self hosted version.
