Use log_directory everywhere
Solves nil issue with template since the service template looks for the attribute log_directory and not log_dir.
In files/gitlab-cookbooks/gitlab/templates/default/remote_syslog.yml.erb we assume that all services have a 'log_directory' attribute but that was not the case for gitlab-workhorse and gitlab-pages. This MR fixes that.
