What does this MR do?

Update gitlab-exporter to v10.2.0, which addresses a problem with running gitlab-exporter on Puma.

  • set 
    gitlab_exporter['server_name'] = 'puma'
gitlab_exporter['enable'] = true
  • make sure it doesn't crash on boot (gitlab-ctl tail gitlab-exporter)
