Add GitLab Pages propagate-correlation-id configuration parameter

What does this MR do?

This MR adds GitLab Pages propagate-correlation-id configuration parameter to Omnibus.

Correlation IDs have been added to Gitlab Pages with MR gitlab-pages!438 (merged)
