Update node.rules to only alert if filesystem has less than 5% and less than 10GB available

What does this MR do?

We get constant alerts because our server has a 30TB raid system attached and we have "only" 1.4TB free.

So this changes the default rule for FileSystemAlmostFull to only trigger if less than 10GB of data are available in addition to the 5%.
