Update Mattermost to 5.29.1

Harrison Healey requested to merge mattermost/omnibus-gitlab:mattermost-5.29 into master

Maattermost 5.29 contains some new features around the new sidebar and in preparation for some changes to threading coming in future releases. The full changelog for this release is available here.

This release also contains some security fixes which are being backported, but they only affect Mattermost EE, so they don't need to be backported here.
