Changes gitlab-ce to gitlab-ee in GitLab Docker installation command examples.

Updated note at top:

In the following examples we are using the image of GitLab EE. To use GitLab CE instead of GitLab EE, replace the image name to gitlab/gitlab-ce:latest.
