I have an MR at !4417 (merged) that tries to use the new image.

However, since this will affect earlier versions too and is essentially master:broken, this MR is a quickfix which hardcodes the gitlab-depscan script before gitlab-org/security-products/gitlab-depscan!12 (merged) was merged. It is supposed to be easily pick-able to backport branches.
