Update Mattermost to 5.20.2

Harrison Healey requested to merge mattermost/omnibus-gitlab:mattermost-5.20.2 into master

This is coming in a bit late, but it's intended for GitLab's March release, if possible. It fixes an issue where a channel in Mattermost might fail to load due to some issues with the infinite scrolling list on certain screen sizes. There's a bit more information on it in the changelog.
