Bump registry to v2.7.7-gitlab from v2.7.6-gitlab

What does this MR do?

Changes the Container Registry version from v2.7.6-gitlab to v2.7.7-gitlab, which contains the following changes:

• Handle bad link files gracefully during garbage collection (gitlab#37611 (closed))
• AWS SDK v1.26.3 update
• Include build info on Prometheus metrics
