Pass through TOP_UPSTREAM_SOURCE_REF in QATrigger
Pass through TOP_UPSTREAM_SOURCE_REF to gitlab-qa pipelines in QATrigger.
This is needed for gitlab-qa to determine the top upstream source for triggered pipelines.
