Rephrased the GitLab Geo warning

The original issue is fixed: #4692 (closed)

We have two options here:

1. Rephrase as suggested
2. Delete the warning entirely because this is fixed in the latest version.

I think the simplest solution is to delete but I am not sure how this is usually handled.
