Add troubleshooting step for skipped certificates.

During the reconfiguration of GitLab, the custom certificates in /etc/gitlab/trusted-certs might get skipped for symlinking. If the certificate contains the string 'TRUSTED' then removing the string from the certificate can help to resolve this.
