Update Mattermost to 5.8.1 (GitLab 11.9)
Mattermost 5.8.1 contains some medium severity security fixes as mentioned in !3131 (merged). It also makes it so that the built-in image proxy (added in 5.8) is now disabled by default due to some issues around local network images being blocked.
