Mattermost 5.1 was released on July 16 from https://about.mattermost.com/download/. The notable feature of this release that will affect GitLab Mattermost is Gfycat integration which appears in the emoji picker when enabled. The full changelog is available here.

For this release, I tested Mattermost 5.1 with the 11-1-stable branch of Omnibus since I was getting compile errors on the master branch last week.
