Double Sidekiq RSS limits from 1 GB to 2 GB
In 10.5, the RSS limits were effectively disabled due to sending the wrong signal. Now, in 10.6, they are working again, but easy to exceed 1 GB since Sidekiq hovers around 600-700 MB.
