Resolve "Improve the git_data_dirs deprecation message as per documentation"

The two options we had are

1. Fix docs to follow the JSON format.
2. Fix the code to print hashrocket syntax.

I picked the latter because

1. Throughout the gitlab.rb template, we suggest hashrocket syntax.
2. Docs were there first, deprecation came later.
